Design

We offer design options for planting beds, gardens, and container gardening. We design your custom residential and commercial fine garden spaces to function throughout the seasons and emphasize beauty, play, tranquility, and sharing.

Fine Gardening

We offer seasonal routine gardening and one-time visits, and we’re happy to lend a hand while you’re away enjoying your vacation. Our fine gardening visits include: weeding, watering, flower care, fertilizing, and ornamental shrub pruning.

Planting

We offer planting and transplanting as part of our planting service. This includes planting beds and container gardening. We plant ornamental trees (size dependent), shrubs, flowers, vegetables, and herbs. Container gardening is available at our shop and for the large/heavy containers, we will come to you!

About Salt Meadow Farms

  Salt Meadow Farms (Formerly Jensen Landscapes) is a family owned and operated landscape design, construction and maintenance company. My father, Jim Jensen started Jensen Landscapes in 1981 as an organic garden design/ maintenance company. In 2003, when I finished my studies in Landscape Architecture and Forestry at Umass-Amherst, I joined the firm. Our passion has always been applied to fine gardening and property care, so we combined our knowledge and expertise to manage and perform any task requested by our customers. We take pride in our reputation for building strong customer relationships, employing successful and hard-working individuals, and delivering the highest quality landscape services.
