I have finally found an organic grower who not only does veggies and herbs, he does heirlooms too!  Stella Farms grows and cares for their product organically and we can FINALLY satisfy those of you who only want organic.  Here is a list of the organic vegetables and herbs we have:Tomatoes-Amish Paste- sauce tomato, classic plumSolar Flare- This 6-10 ounce beefsteak is red with gold stripes and has very meaty flesh with luscious sweet red tomato flavor.Cherokee Purple- Medium-large, flattened globe, 8-12 oz. fruits. Color is dusky pink with dark shoulders.Striped German- bicolor red/yellow fruit. The flat, medium to large, ribbed. Complex, fruity flavor and smooth texture.Moskvich- Fruits are early, deep red, and cold tolerant. Rich flavor. Smooth and globe-shaped, 4-6 ozValencia- Sunny orange. Round, smooth fruits average 8-10 oz. Their meaty interiors have few seeds. This midseason tomato is among the best for flavor and texture.Black Krim- Bold, smoky flavor and good texture with an unusual appearance. Deep brown/red, 8-16 oz. tomatoes have brown/green shoulders that get darker with more heat and sunlight. High yielding.Rose- Deep pink and smoother than Brandywine, Rose is every bit as meaty and flavorful. Fruits weigh 10+ oz. Good yielding.Green Zebra- A delicious, tangy salad tomato, ripe just as the green fruit develops a yellow blush, accentuating the darker green stripes. The 3-4 oz. fruits are the ideal size for slicing into wedges for salads.Great White- There are a number of heirloom "white" tomatoes, and Great White is the best we have seen. The 12+ oz. fruit is meaty with few seeds, a mild non-acid flavor, and creamy texture.Chefs Choice Green- 8-11 oz. fruits are low in acid and have very good flavor and texture. High yielding. Earlier and more productive than most.Rutgers 250- New Jersey tomato, perfect balance of sweetness and acidity. Mid size red tomato. You won’t be disappointed.Black Pineapple- The multi-colored, smooth fruit (green, yellow and purple mix) weigh about 1 1/2 lbs. The flesh is bright green with deep red streaks. Everyone loves their superb flavor that is outstanding, being both sweet and smoky with a hint of citrus.Also Early Girl, Black Cherry, White Cherry and Sungold Cherry tomatoesPeppers - Jalepeno and Cayenne along with:Mellow Star “Shishito”- Avg 3 1/2-4" heavily wrinkled green fruits are thin walled, mild (no heat) when green and slightly sweet when red. Popular in Japan where its thin walls make it particularly suitable for tempura. Also very good in stir fries or sautés.Helios- Fruits avg. 2 3/4" X 1 1/2" and are very hot. Much earlier, higher yielding, and with bigger fruits than the standard OP habanero. Good yield potential, even in northern and short-season regions.Eggplant-Clara- Italian white. Fruits are 5-6" long by 4-5" diameter. High-yielding plants with early maturity.Orient Charm- 8-10" long by 1 1/2-2 1/2" diameter fruits of the Orient Express shape, but with attractive shades of fluorescent pink, pastel pink, and white. Strong plant with high yields.Nadia- Traditional, black Italian type. Uniform, 7-8" long by 3-4" diameter, dark purple fruits are glossy and blemish free. Tall, sturdy plants can set fruit under cool conditions.Herbs-Sweet Basil, Lemon Basil, Thai Basil, Purple Basil, Thyme, Oregano, Parsley, Cilantro, Rosemary
