In-Store Planting
Does your houseplant need repotting or dividing? We can do that for you. Pick out a pot here at Scenic Roots or bring in your own new one and we can re-pot it here. Find a must-have houseplant here in our store and don’t want to pot it up into a new container. We can do that too!
We also have a potter’s bench available to you right here in our store if you want to get your hands a little dirty and do it yourself.
Custom Container Gardening and Repotting
We are here to help you plan and design beautiful window boxes and container gardens for your home or business during any season. Designing and creating is our favorite part of the business! We LOVE to plant all types of containers for our customers in ANY season—spring, summer, fall, Christmas, AND winter. Anything from patio pots, window boxes, urns, hanging baskets, even odd containers from a yard sale, or an antique from your Grammy. Using succulents, perennials, annuals, herbs, veggies, tropicals, houseplants, and shrubs. Any day of the week we can consult with you about color preferences, budget, and the location of your container (sun or shade) to create your masterpiece.
Pricing includes potting soil, slow-release fertilizer, and labor. Plants are additional.
*We ask for one week in May and June for orders to be completed.

Window Boxes: per foot plus plants $5.00 per foot.
Repotting
Do your houseplants need a refresh? Bring your root-bound or struggling houseplants in for repotting. Fees for this service include labor and soil.
Plants in small pots up to 6” – $5.00
Plants in pots from 6” to 10” – $10.00
Plants in pots 10” to 18” – $15.00
Business 2 Business Planting
The exterior of your business is sometimes more important than the product you offer on the inside. Customers are more inclined to do business somewhere that feels inviting and relaxed as opposed to stark, rundown and stiff. Scenic Roots offers an exterior container planting program for local businesses. We will work with you to find the best suited plants for your location along with the colors and style that best suits your business image along with your budget.
